If you are a self pay patient, for your convenience we accept VISA, Mastercard, bank checks, money orders or cash. Please bring payment with you the morning of your procedure.
The Center for Advanced Surgery and Pain Management participates with Medicare. All insurances with out-of-network benefits are accepted. For further inquiries regarding your insurance provider, please contact our office.
Financial Arrangements
The fee for use of the center includes routine equipment, supplies and drugs, operating and recovery room services. The fee does not include the professional services of your surgeon, anesthesiologist, radiology, pathology or implants. The center will bill your insurance company as a courtesy, however, the balance due is the patient’s responsibility. Please contact the Business Office for additional information.
